How can the preview be free?

We've built our own tools for the slow, repetitive parts of the job, so a full first version costs us far less than it would cost a typical studio. We would rather show you than pitch you. Enough people love what they see that it works for us.

Is there a catch?

No. We don't ask for a card, we don't send you a contract to sign first, and nothing is charged until you say yes. You pay only if you decide you want the site.

What if I don't like it?

Tell us what to change and we'll change it in one round of edits. If it still isn't right for you, walk away. You owe nothing and we won't chase you.

What does “designed from scratch” actually mean?

No themes, no templates, no layout we've used before. We start from a blank page and choose the structure, type, colours, photos and motion for your business and your customers.

What do you need from me?

Two minutes on the form below. We start from what's already public, like your current site and your Google profile, and write the copy ourselves. Send us your own photos or logo if you have them.

How long does it take?

Your preview arrives on a private link within 48–72 hours. After you pay, going live usually takes less than a day. Bigger systems get a timeline in writing before we start.

How many changes can I ask for?

One full round of changes before you pay, included. After launch, small edits are part of the Care plan (up to an hour a month). Bigger changes are billed at €90 an hour, agreed with you first.

How do payment and instalments work?

You pay only after you've seen the finished site, by card through a secure checkout. Smaller projects are paid once. Larger ones can be split in two (half at launch, half 30 days later), and the largest into up to three monthly parts.

Do you offer refunds?

You never pay a deposit, so there's nothing to get back if you walk away. If something we agreed isn't delivered, tell us and we'll put it right. Refund requests go straight to the founder.

Who owns the website?

You do, once it's paid: the design, the code and the content. Your domain is always yours. Until you pay, the preview stays on our address.

Will my email keep working?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your email runs on separate records from your website. When we connect your domain, we change only the website records and leave the email ones alone.

Do I need a domain?

If you have one, you keep it and we connect it. If you don't, we'll help you choose one and register it in your own name.

Who hosts the site, and what does it cost?

We can host it, and the first 3 months of Care + Growth are free. After that you choose Care at €49 a month or Care + Growth at €149 a month, and you can cancel any time. Or take the files and host it yourself.

Can I host it myself?

Yes. We hand over the files, the full code and a simple step-by-step guide, at no extra cost.

Can my site be in more than one language?

Yes. Each extra language is €290. We adapt the wording for each market instead of translating word for word, so it reads like it was written there.

Will people find me on Google?

Every site is built to be found: fast pages, clean structure and the search basics set up. Care + Growth adds ongoing work like your Google Business profile and two posts a month. Nobody can honestly promise a first-place ranking, so we don't.

What happens after launch?

If we host it, we keep it running: updates, backups, uptime checks and a short report every month. You write to us when you need something, and small edits are included.

What do you do with my details?

We use them only to build your preview and talk to you about it. We don't sell or share them, and we'll delete them whenever you ask.

Why are prices different by country?

We set fixed prices for each market so they make sense where your business is. The price is based on where your business is located, and you always see it before you pay.
